Terms of Service

AnvilGen (“the Service”) is a web application operated by AnvilWorks (“we”, “us”) that helps you create YouTube video assets — scripts, thumbnails, AI-presenter videos, and publishing metadata — using artificial intelligence, with your review and approval at each step. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal — don’t share login credentials; team seats will be a separate feature. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid features are metered in credits. Credit prices for each action are shown before you run it. Purchased credit packs do not expire; monthly plan credits refresh each billing cycle. Price changes get at least 14 days’ notice before affecting you. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds: unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on completed generations are not refundable (the compute is consumed), but failed jobs are automatically re-credited. Where consumer law in your country grants additional rights, those apply.

You own the videos, scripts, thumbnails, and metadata generated on your account, including commercial use and monetization. You are responsible for what you do with them — including complying with YouTube’s policies (such as disclosure of AI-generated or synthetic content), copyright law, and any rules applying to your topic (financial, medical, or legal content in particular).

You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: storing, processing, and displaying your content back to you. We do not publish your content anywhere ourselves.

If you connect your own third-party API keys (for example HeyGen), you authorize us to use them solely to run the jobs you approve. Usage is billed by those providers to you under their terms. Keep your provider accounts in good standing; we are not responsible for third-party charges, limits, or outages.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute:

• content that impersonates real people without consent;
• deliberately false or deceptive content presented as fact;
• content that violates laws or the platforms you publish to;
• malware, spam, or attempts to abuse, probe, or overload the Service;
• content involving minors in any inappropriate way.

You also agree not to reverse-engineer the Service, access it with bots or scrapers, or resell access to it without our written agreement.

We may refuse, throttle, or remove workloads that break these rules.

AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. The Service includes review gates precisely so you can check every output before using it. We do not guarantee views, revenue, monetization, channel growth, or fitness of outputs for any particular purpose. Outputs are provided “as is”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or platform actions (such as demonetization or channel termination) affecting content you publish.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, with notice where practical. Sections 4, 7, and 8 survive termination.

AnvilGen is a production tool, not an income program. Any earnings figures shown in our marketing describe specific results by specific creators and are not typical, promised, or guaranteed. YouTube outcomes depend on your topics, consistency, quality decisions, and platform factors outside anyone’s control. Assume you may earn nothing.

If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you created or published, or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages arising from that claim.

If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your copyright, email AnvilWorksYT@protonmail.com with the specifics (what, where, proof of your rights). We review promptly and remove infringing material where warranted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we will notify you (email or in-app) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
